2 3/4	c	Bread flour plus 1 Tbl
1	c	Wheat bran
3	tb	Cracked wheat
3/4	ts	Salt
1	tb	Grated orange zest
1 1/2	tb	Applesauce
1 1/2	tb	Honey
2 1/4	ts	Yeast
1/2	c	Raisins

This is the best new recipe I have tried in months. It makes a raising bread "to die for". I adapted this recipe from "The Best Bread Machine Cookbook Ever" by Madge Rosenberg.
